What does the call out charge cover?

The call out charge covers the engineers time upto one hour. If he can repair the fault in this time he will.

What is not covered in the call out charge?

The cost of any parts is not covered. If the engineer advises that your Boiler needs a new part, we will give you a quote for the cost before it is ordered or fitted to make sure it is ok with you. On your go ahead we will order the part and/or make an appointment to come back and fit it. If the enginneer has the part on his van (e.g. it is a universal part that is required and not one specific to your Boiler) he can fit it there and then.

How do I know if my Boiler needs repairing or replacing?

Our engineers will give you their best advice and make sure that you do not not incur any un-necessary costs.

Can you repair any type of Boiler or Central Heating System?

Yes, we can normally repair any kind or domestic or commercial Boiler and Central Heating System. However, from time to time depending on the age and state of your Boiler it may no longer be possible to replace parts as they are no longer available. If this is the case and your Boiler cannot be repaired then we can provide you with a quotation for a new Boiler. If you then go ahead with the replacement we will knock the call out charge off the balance.
