FAQ's for Gas Appliance Servicing

What does the Service include?

The service includes a full clean of the appliance and checks are carried out to make sure the appliance is safe and efficient.        

What is not included with the Service?  

The cost of repairing any faults or replacing parts is not included with the service.

Can you Service any type of Boiler and Fire?

Yes. We can service any domestic or commercial Boiler and all Gas Fires.

How long will the Service take?

It can take anywhere up to an hour to complete the service.

How often should my Gas Appliances be Serviced?

Boiler and Gas Fire Manufacturers along with the Gas Safe Register, recommend all Gas Appliances are Serviced annually.

Will there be any mess or disruption?

Our engineers will bring their own tools and equipment and will use dustsheets to cover all work surfaces and areas. They will treat your property with respect and keep any disruption to a minimum.

Do I need to do anything in preparation for the Service?

We would just ask that you make sure the Boiler is accessible and that any ornaments or furniture placed near to any Gas Appliance being serviced are moved.
