Our clients along with private domestic customers are mainly Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Phoenix Gas Services have an ongoing partnership with Sanctuary Housing, completing all servicing and the breakdown cover of gas appliances within their tenanted properties. As well as one off boiler replacements. We also complete installation work for Wulvern Housing and The Weaver Vale Housing Trust installing central heating systems. We complete work for Epic Housing and have a 4 year contract with Keir part of Stoke-on-Trent Council installing new central heating systems and completing the servicing of their tenanted properies. Plus other ongoing works.
